Analysis of the causes of oil leakage from break hammer

There are many reasons for the oil leakage of the break hammer, which should be divided into different parts:

No.1:Oil leakage at piston:

(1) Observe its daily maintenance mode, check the disintegration of the body, there is a large amount of hydraulic oil leakage and turbiness, and there is a large amount of butter and hydraulic oil mixture between the tail bushing and the piston. This was caused by improper butter filling. Timely replacement of sealing components, and explain to the customer the correct way to butter.

(2) Hydraulic oil leakage is found and the hammer shell is seriously rusted. Because the customer is not used for a long time, the preservation method is not correct, resulting in water erosion, rust directly caused the strain damage of the piston seal, and then caused oil leakage, to explain to the customer, the long-term preservation method: the nitrogen is discharged, and the steel pressure into the upper cylinder block is higher than the lower end.

(3) Observe the operation mode, there is a large number of digging action, so that a large number of small gravel chips into the shell, causing the wear of the piston seal, and then produce oil leakage. Explain to the customer the correct way to operate, so that this situation will not happen again.

No.2:Leakage at the joint between nitrogen chamber and middle cylinder block: The “O” ring at the joint between nitrogen chamber and middle cylinder block is worn.

No.3:Leakage between reversing valve base and middle cylinder block: the “o” ring of reversing valve base is damaged.

No.4: The connection surface of the middle cylinder block and the tubing interface: Cause: the O-type sealing ring is worn or the tubing body interface is loose. Replace the O-ring and tighten according to the specified torque.

No.5:The interface between the middle cylinder and the upper cylinder is leaking oil: the O-ring and the sealing ring strengthening ring are worn and strained, and the screw of the crushing hammer body is loose. Replace the O-ring seal ring and strengthening ring in time, and ensure the tightening torque.

No.6: The connection between the control valve box and the control valve cover is leaking oil: the O-ring is worn and the control valve cover screw is loose. Replace O-ring, torque tighten. In addition to the above reasons, oil seal aging, hydraulic oil is too dirty, causing strain, bushing gap is too large, oblique beating, damage to the oil film and so on are also easy to cause oil leakage.
