How To Check The Disappearance Of Break Hammer Nitrogen

22

The weakness caused by nitrogen leakage of excavator break hammer is a common problem, and there are many reasons for the leakage:

No.1:The upper cylinder block has sand holes or cracks, first check with the eyes, if you can’t see it, fill the upper cylinder with nitrogen, and then brush the soapy water to see where there are bubbles, if there are bubbles to prove that there are sand holes or cracks, or if there are conditions, fill the nitrogen to place the upper cylinder body in the pond to observe, there are bubbles, it is recommended to replace the new upper cylinder body in time.

No.2:After the upper cylinder of the break hammer is filled with gas, in the absence of cracks and sand holes, the gas runs to the hydraulic tank through the gas seal of the piston ring of the crushing hammer. Even if a small amount of nitrogen enters the hydraulic system, it will have a greater impact on the hydraulic system of the excavator, making the steering cylinder creep, reducing the efficiency of the hydraulic system, resulting in slow steering.

The inspection method is: start the excavator engine, turn the steering disk to observe the tank, if there are bubbles in the tank, the hydraulic system has entered nitrogen, or screw off the return pipe of the break hammer and place it in the hydraulic oil drum to observe whether there are bubbles out, if there are bubbles! At this time, it is recommended that you should replace the oil seal and gas seal of the cylinder block of the crushing hammer in time and exclude it.

No.3:The charging valve of the upper cylinder of the break hammer is damaged, and the inspection method is to brush soapy water to see whether the charging valve is bubbling. If bubbling ,we recommend that the nitrogen be drained, the charging valve be replaced in time, and then the nitrogen of the upper cylinder is filled to the standard value.
