The removal of the failure of the excavator wood grapple as following:
First of all, see whether the hydraulic oil level meets the standard, whether the filter element is blocked, whether the oil brand meets the requirements, if a certain item does not meet the requirements, it should be solved first.Then, observe whether the oil temperature is too high during the working process, if it is too high, the hydraulic oil cooling system should be checked to find out the reason and eliminate. Measure the working pressure of the weak parts and compare it with the standard value to make a judgment.
If the working pressure of the hydraulic oil radiator motor is lower than the standard value, due to its low pressure, it will cause its fan speed to decrease, therefore, the heat dissipation capacity is low, and the emergency signal will be activated in a short time due to the oil temperature rise under the normal ambient temperature. After the damaged parts are found by the interception method, the fault can be removed.
After the fault parts are found, do not easily change the new parts, because some parts are not damaged, can continue to use after cleaning; Some still have repair value and can be used again after repair.
Therefore, it should be noted that when troubleshooting, do not rush to replace the parts, and fully consider whether the root cause of the fault is really eliminated because of the replacement.For example, some parts in the walking motor are broken, in addition to eliminating the cause and replacing the parts, but also consider the various parts of the system, even the fuel tank, there will be metal debris.if it is not completely cleaned, it will cause the machine to be damaged again. Therefore, before replacing the parts, it is necessary to completely clean the hydraulic system, the oil tank and replace the hydraulic oil and filter element.
